Temple Smith

Temple Smith was named Professor of the Year at Hope College, where she taught the popular course “Sociology of Happiness.” Known for her waitlisted courses and keen sociological insights, she has inspired countless students. Professor Smith was chosen to deliver the 2018 Hope College Commencement Address, in which she inspired students and parents alike to discern their unique purpose.
