Fr Goergen gives a thorough overview of contemplation and the contemplative life. If you have a serious prayer life, this audio set is a must have. I love that he ends each section with a prayer, a chime and a moment of silence. It gives you time to absorb his words, hold them in your heart.

I like the segments of this and other programs. 20-30 minutes is just right. Fr. Goergen provides an excellent overview of Christian spirituality while not getting to deep into theological babble.
